Cemre Yılmaz

Cemre Yılmaz started her musical journey in her hometown Ankara as one of the first students of the then newly established Jazz Department of the Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory. Later in 2013, she moved to Graz, Austria to study jazz vocals at the renowned university of music in Graz -the KUG Jazz Institut. In the same year she travelled to Washington DC to perform on “Turkish Festival”. In 2018, she moved to Germany to continue her education at the Stuttgart State University of Music and Performing Arts, where she recently completed her master’s degree in singing. Cemre has given concerts as part of various projects in countries such as Germany, Austria and Slovenia and continues her career as a performer and teacher based in Stuttgart.
