Eren Solak Quartet

With this exquisite quartet, Eren Solak embarks on a journey of reconnection. Through the universal language of Improvisation, the group will play distinct arrangements from the Great American Songbook repertoire, spiced up with some originals from his solo project Sevdavision and the crucial curiosity for unknown territory.

In the German music scene, Eren Solak is a phenomenon. Like no other, he effortlessly wanders between musical worlds without losing his musical personality. Coming from a home influenced by classical music, he later devoted himself to jazz, only to turn to electronic music in later years. Whether as a pianist or keyboardist, DJ or producer, Solaks’ music has always placed him at the forefront of Germany’s innovative artists. He has worked with jazz artists such as Hayden Chisholm, Jozef Dumoulin, Lisa Bassenge (Micatone), Alexander von Schlippenbach, Charlotte Greve and Ronny Graupe.
