A 23-year-old jazz clubunder the texture of Galata Tower
Ezgi Alaş was born in Aydın on the 10th of June 1994. She started studying piano after her parents realised that she had a musical talent. She took ballet lessons and sang in school choirs. She studied piano during middle school at İzmir 9 Eylül State Conservatory as a traniee for four years. She won the ‘Best Female Vocal’ award at the Genç Nota high school music contest for two consecutive years. In 2013 she won two prizes at Nardis Young Jazz Vocal Contest and attended a jazz masterclass in Poland as her award. While continuing her studies she won an international vocal contest in Italy in 2015. She later entered contests in Romania, Georgia, Macedonia, Lithuania and Latvia where she won many other awards. She graduated from Yaşar University in 2017. Lately she’s working on an album and concerts as well.
