Derin Bayhan

He graduated from Istanbul Bilgi University Music Performance Department with a full scholarship. He studied with composers and musician educators such as İlhan Usmanbaş, Ali Perret, Ricky Ford, Donovan Mixon, Francesco Martinelli, Can Kozlu and Cengiz Baysal.

In addition to studying Performance in the Department of Music, he continued his studies in the field of sound engineering. He completed the Audio-Production for Film & TV program at Berklee College of Music.

Derin Bayhan, who has been working on various short and long films and documentaries in London and Turkey, has taken part in many festivals, concerts and jazz album recordings in Turkey and abroad with leading ensembles such as Yavuz Akyazıcı Project.

He continued his musical life in London between 2013-2017 and gave concerts in important jazz clubs and festivals.

Derin Bayhan continues to work in Turkey and the UK as well as teaching, album production, recording and mixing.
