Born in Ravensburg, Germany, Tanju Eren graduated from Istanbul High School for Boys. Afterwards, he studied Mechanical Engineering at Yıldız University, Philosophy at Boğaziçi University and English Language and Literature at Istanbul University. Following his classical music education, he started playing Electric Guitar, Bass, Keyboard, Theremin and EWI. His research interests include Quantum Physics, Literature, Cinema, Photography, Philosophy, Art History, Hi-Fi, Stage and recording studio equipment and the history of Rock music from 1960 – 1980. He worked as the editor-in-chief of Ultra Magazine Science Magazine and as a non-linear video editor at Vizyon, First and Group Production studios. As a founding member and partner of Kedi Music Production, he worked for 15 years on commercials and movie soundtracks (Neredesi Firuze, Hacivat Karagöz, Şelale etc.), and on albums with artists such as Müslüm Gürses, Aylin Aslım and Hepsi. He has 35 years of stage experience with bands such as Mirage (with Teoman), Neşenin Kepek Sorunu, Tibet Ağırtan and Kırık Kalpler, Mavi Sakal, FOMA, Sabih Cangil Band, Bluesaint, Gitarizma, Gökalp Baykal Band, ANG, Harakiri Ensemble. He released 7 albums with his bands and 5 albums under his own name. Since 2012, he has been actively providing mixing and mastering services to musicians, producing videos, photographs and documentaries in the field of culture and art.
